The Prime Minister’s office mandates private participation in infrastructure in cooperation with Public Service Department, Ministry of Finance and Economic Management,  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant line ministries.

Laws

Privately Financed Airport Infrastructure Projects Act 2008 (“PPP Act”) to facilitate private investment in airport infrastructure. This bill focuses on Built Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) contracts and was developed specifically to legislate an airport PPP.
